Bhendo Adventure – Terms & Conditions Welcome to Bhendo Adventure, an educational game developed by Bhendo Edu. By downloading, accessing, or using this game, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. 1. Purpose of the Game Bhendo Adventure is an educational game designed for children, especially Grade R and primary learners, to support learning through fun, interactive activities. The game focuses on: Learning through play Early education (letters, numbers, problem-solving) Positive African-inspired content 2. Parental & School Responsibility Children should use the game under parental, guardian, or school supervision. Parents and schools are responsible for monitoring usage and ensuring age-appropriate access. Bhendo Adventure does not replace formal schooling, but supports learning. 3. User Accounts & Access Some features may require school or parent-approved access. Schools using branded versions of Bhendo Adventure are responsible for managing learners’ access. Users may not share login details without permission. 4. Privacy & Child Safety We take child safety seriously. Bhendo Adventure does not knowingly collect personal information from children. No chatting, messaging, or social interaction between users is allowed. Any data collected is used only to improve learning and game performance. We do not sell or share user data with third parties. 5. In-Game Content & Intellectual Property All characters, games, artwork, animations, sounds, and lessons are the property of Bhendo Edu.
